  • Developed long-term diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI) strategy, with clear priority focus areas and measurable goals.

  • Directed comprehensive enterprise initiative on disability accessibility to drive implementation of enterprise-wide accessibility for WCAG, ACA, EAA compliance and FedRAMP certification.

  • Measured DEI, allyship, and belonging goals and execution plans against metrics through yearly continuous listening and quarterly pulse surveys and advocated for diversity data transparency.
